One example of a leading individual as a Visual Art Director is Paul Barry.  “Paul Barry was the Art Director of Gucci for five years and a Creative Director for two years in JWT” (Nicholson).   After the research I found out that “the approximate annual income for Visual Art Director is from $61,024 to $137,599” (Salary.com).  In order for you to have a career as a Visual Art Director most of the companies require to have “a wide degree of creativity and latitude. “Art directors need at least a bachelor’s degree in an art or design subject and previous work experience. Depending on the industry, they may have worked as graphic designers, illustrators, copy editors, or photographers, or in another art or design occupation, before becoming art directors” (Deahl).

The Visual Art Director Supervises creative design within business groups and directs and develops final visual image that communicates the organization's marketing objectives to the consumer. The position to go for after Visual Art Director is Executive Visual Art Director.  The places where this career will have a lot of job opportunities are New York, Paris, Italia, and possible L.A.  These places mentioned are the top fashion retailers that not only are for apparel but for all things that you can imagine that is available to sell.
