 After having to cut the search down to simple words.. An internet online store designer is pretty much a stylist who styles for websites. Of course I was thinking New York but I didnt see any job postings in NY.
    Qualifications: Most companies require 3-4 years minimum of styling experiences with sometype of back round in , fashion,photography and visual merchandising.  The job incorporates high-volume work, short deadlines, budgets and occasional travel - while remaining critical, creative and confident to get the job done on deadline - with a positive attitude.(careerbuilder).
    Education: Knowledge in your field is a must, employeers seek candidates that have a 4 year degree in the any aspect of fashion and art.
 Salary: not many of the positions have a listing for salary.
 Location: many of the positions offered are in California.
Top individuals within this position are encouraged to use every inch of the right brain.

 

although im SO OVER RiRi. Rihannas collaberation with Rivers Island in Europe is killing the fashion waves right now.
A Photo Stylist, is responsible for translating the brand in the look. this photo all you get is Rihanna with the croped shirt, high waist pant and edgy stance, sex appeal written all over her face.

Visual Art Jobs are available almost everywhere for graphic designers. I noticed that it is more probable in the UK, most likely because they are more advanced and skilled and can experiment with much more than the US. Being a visual artist requires you to be creative, original, have strong computer skills, and an interest in graphics and typography. Education wise, it is acceptable to have any basic degree in arts and visual but if you are looking to start out in a junior to senior position then they prefer applicants to have at least a BA. A basic visual designer in graphics can start out making an average of $47,000 with a 1-2 year experience behind them, 3-5 years experience increases to about $68, 000 and the max that research has shown is about $1,500,000 but that applies to big time free lancing artist. There are so many great individuals that have a career in this field but it is only one that really stood out to me. His work makes you take the simplest things and really think about them. His name is Sebastian Magnani. He is a well known photographer born in Switzerland who worked as a visual graphic designer for five years and then branched out on his own because he knew that there was more that he wanted to do. His most popular work yet is the "Underdogs" collection. Here he took the simple saying that everyone knows about," How humans and their dogs begin to look alike" and actually made them look alike. My career in visual merchandising, out of the twenty one choices, is an independent stylist.
 
1.After searching on careerbuilder.com, I found that the most job openings for this type of position is in California. However, most job opening were at Petco's working as a customer advisor. The primary location for this type of position is nationwide. You work online, from your home, or any location that you chose!
 
2. The national average salary for an independent stylist is $35, 723. I'm sure with your own cliental and as you expand, you could make a lot more on the side.
 
3.The qualifications needed in order to become an independent stylist are self starting personalities, organized, internet access and internet|computer|social network experience, creativity, dedication, and fashion knowledge.
 
4. As far as education goes, having knowledge in fashion is obviously important and being organized. Having computer skills are important too and good networking skills. A fashion degree would be useful.
 
5. When researching for the top individuals within this position I found Stella & Dot. Stella & Dot happens to be a brand created by a lady named Elise Lininger. She's an independent stylist and from what I saw she manages most of her work through Facebook. She has almost 8,000 likes from different people around the world on her page. She promotes her business through how to videos, top 10 most popular items now, pictures, and more. I do personally follow on instagram a young girl who calls herself JNELV I believe it is. She is a independent stylist and has gained a lot of exposure through social networking. I admire her talent and dedication. I plan on sometime very soon, experiencing what she has!

I am still collecting cans & hair donations from friends & Co-workers. I plan to use the cans mainly for the props. Within the next few days I will like to begin assembling my garment & add the finishing closures this weekend...
